This browser extension ("the Extension") is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the Extension. By using the Extension, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

By using the Extension, You enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Your access to the Extension and/or legal proceedings to enforce compliance, recover damages, or seek injunctive relief under Bulgarian law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the browser extension ("the Extension"), you ("User" or "You") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If You disagree with any provision, immediately cease all use of the Extension and uninstall it. The Extension is designed solely to block specific HTML elements on the Spotify web interface to provide a distraction-free listening environment.
2. Age Restriction
The Extension is not intended for users under 13 years of age. By using the Extension, You affirm that You are at least 13 years old. Users under 13 are prohibited from accessing or using the Extension.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the developers, affiliates, and licensors (collectively, "We," "Us," or "Our") disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Extension.
Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or versions of Spotify.
That the Extension will meet Your requirements or function as intended.
No advice or information from Us, orally or in writing, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
4. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from or related to Your use of the Extension, including but not limited to:
Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of Your Spotify account or device.
Damages resulting from reliance on the Extension’s functionality.
Inability to use Spotify, the Extension, or third-party services.
This limitation applies even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed $0.01 USD or the amount paid by You for the Extension (whichever is greater).
Exceptions: This limitation does not apply to liability for:
Gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Breaches of mandatory legal obligations under Bulgarian law.
Death or personal injury caused by Our actions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Extension solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with Spotify’s Terms of Service.
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to exploit the Extension’s code.
Acknowledge that We are not responsible for Spotify’s functionality, availability, or content.
Assume all risks associated with modifying Spotify’s interface, including potential account restrictions imposed by Spotify.
6. No Affiliation with Spotify
The Extension is an independent third-party tool and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Spotify AB or its subsidiaries. Spotify’s trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are the sole property of Spotify AB.
7. Modifications & Termination
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
Termination: We may terminate Your access for violations of these Terms or operational necessity. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of the Extension.
Your interactions with Spotify or third parties related to the Extension.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER BULGARIAN LAW.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will be posted on the-focus-extension.com
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of war.
Internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
12. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Us regarding the Extension.
14. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of Our rights.
